2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe online, and cash or card in-store.
  • Custom Orders & Deposits: A deposit may be required for custom orders or services that involve ordering parts or materials. You will be notified before intake if a deposit is required, or as soon as it is determined that a deposit is necessary for your specific request.
  • Payment Due Upon Completion: Final payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Items that have been serviced will remain in our possession until full payment is received.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all data is backed up before any repairs or services are performed. Whilst we will endevour to avoid any data loss, we can not be held liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair or service process.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality and professional services, Bravo Computes shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or other consequential damages that may occur as a result of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to hardware or software during repairs, upgrades, or custom builds, unless caused by our gross negligence.

5. Shipping

Shipping is available via Australia Post. Shipping fees are additional and will be communicated during the purchase process or at the time of intake, where applicable. Customers are responsible for paying any associated shipping charges.

6. Third-Party Services

We may engage third-party contractors to assist with certain services. In such cases, we will remain responsible for the quality and outcome of all work performed. This may require items to be moved offsite for the completion of the service..

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes regarding our services, we encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance to seek a resolution. We are committed to addressing all concerns fairly, promptly, and to the best of our ability.

8. Service Availability

While we aim to complete services in a timely manner, delays may occur due to part availability, complexity of repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as they are known.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of these terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

Bravo Computes reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms of Service will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
